Workload Resource Planner Contract: 12-month Fixed Term (April Start) Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Belper Purpose of the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Workload Resource Planner to join their team in April. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective scheduling and coordination of both Field and Office-based colleagues to ensure operational capacity aligns with business workload demands. The role focuses on optimising resource availability, improving efficiency, and supporting delivery performance through proactive planning and management. Key Responsibilities Schedule rotas and manage shrinkage for Office and Field teams to effectively balance resource against forecasted demand. Oversee, manage, and optimise planned workload to ensure maximum efficiency across operational teams. Continuously monitor resource requirements, reviewing business changes and identifying potential capacity gaps. Utilise multiple planning platforms and systems to maximise daily operational capability. Manage and release engineer capacity to third-party clients via supplier portal platforms.
