An established and innovative organisation is seeking a Workplace Services Technician to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a modern office environment in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on building services professional to play a key role in ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working closely with the workplace team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for planned preventative maintenance, minor reactive repairs, contractor supervision, and proactive building inspections. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where safety, presentation, and operational efficiency are a priority. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) including water flushing, temperature checks, emergency light testing, and regular building inspections. Respond to reactive maintenance requests, undertaking minor repairs such as basic plumbing, mechanical fixes, painting, and general fabric maintenance.
