We are seeking three Workplace Support Coordinators to join Microlink's Corporate Operations Team on a permanent full-time hybrid basis.

Why This Role Matters Youll be the first point of contactfor individuals seeking support, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they receive the adjustments they need. You are not just managing cases; you are making a meaningful difference to peoples working lives every day. You will coordinate each case from start to finish, working with assessors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions, all while providing a supportive and professional experience. Quite simply, you are the face of Microlink. What Youll Be Doing Speaking with individuals to understand their needs and challenges at work Coordinating assessments and managing cases end-to-end Reviewing recommendations and ensuring quality and compliance Arranging and overseeing the delivery of workplace adjustments Supporting clients throughout their journey and following up on outcomes
