Overview We are seeking an experienced Works Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of site works on the major Sizewell C project. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification * Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to maximise productivity * Take full ownership of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance * Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress reporting * Supervise Temporary Works and ensure RAMS, permits, and inductions are in place * Support planning, sequencing, and resolution of technical site issues * Lead and motivate site teams, setting clear standards and expectations * Act as the primary site contact, attending coordination and progress meetings * Support the Project Manager in programme delivery, reporting, and client liaison Key Traits * Strong leadership and communication skills * Proven experience managing complex, safety-critical sites * Proactive, organised, and delivery-focused * Previous Piling & Marine Civils experience Contract Details * Start date: ASAP * Long-term contract running into 2027 * Engagement: Freelance or Permanent considered Package * Daily rate negotiable based on experience * Expenses available If interested, please apply online or contact the LNS office directly...
