Brook Street Recruitment is working with a client in Ballyclare to recruit a full-time, permanent Workshop Administrator.Key DutiesAccurately record daily technician clock times and monitor punctuality/absenceMaintain workshop planning system, including holiday scheduling and job trackingCheck and process technician job packs, resolving any issuesMonitor workshop activity and challenge job timings where neededProvide regular updates to service advisors on vehicle progressCoordinate repair quotations and ensure all additional work is authorisedTrack breakdown activity and technician time complianceSupport training scheduling and technician availabilityComplete customer invoicing as requiredCarry out ad hoc administrative and reporting tasksEssential CriteriaPrevious administrative experience within a workshop, automotive, transport, engineering, or similar environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and ability to follow processes accuratelyConfident working with numbers, invoicing, and technical documentationStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeEffective communicator with a professional and collaborative approachProactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyCommercial awareness and commitment to team performanceHonest, reliable, and works with integrityDesirable CriteriaKnowledge of heavy vehicle workshop processes and technical terminologyExperience with workshop planning/management systemsSalary: To be confirmed on applicationApply: Please submit your CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply linkBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
