Your Role:

* Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

* Allocate work to technicians based on skills and priorities

* Monitor progress, productivity and resolve issues quickly

* Collaborate with parts, customer service and VDA teams to streamline repair processes

* Maintain a safe, compliant and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a workshop controller or senior technician in accident repair

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
