Key duties of the Workshop Controller:
Lead, support, and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of work
Organise and prioritise daily workshop workloads in collaboration with the General Manager
Handle complex repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Oversee quality control processes, including road testing vehicles to ensure standards are met
Resolve technical issues efficiently and provide technical advice to customers
Liaise professionally with customers, offering trusted guidance and service
Requirements for the Workshop Controller:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a prestige automotive workshop
Strong technical expertise with the ability to support and mentor a team
Excellent organisational skills to manage workshop workflows effectively
Customer-focused attitude, confident in providing expert advice and support
Ability to work well under pressure and develop positive working relationships
