We are working with a small, family-run business based in West Oxfordshire, who are looking for a full time Workshop Engineer to join their friendly team. As part of the service team, you will be supporting customers and colleagues through a varied and rewarding range of tasks - both in the field and in their workshop. Your responsibilities will include: . Attending customer appointments for equipment servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and part fittings . Providing technical support to consultants in the workshop . Assisting with general workshop duties and maintenance . Conducting assessments for new equipment with customers . Giving clear, accurate, and appropriate advice and recommendations . Ensuring timely follow-up through quotes and communication after assessments . Maintaining up-to-date records of customer orders and ensuring all work is invoiced accurately . Responding to customer and colleague queries with professionalism and efficiency . Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is technically skilled, customer-focused, and takes pride in doing a job well. Key requirements: .
