With several sites across the Midlands, South West and South East, our client is a leading plant and equipment hire company for the construction industry with products including attachments and hydraulic equipment.Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Workshop Manager with experience in plant/equipment industry to manage a small team of 6 in their London depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing installation, maintenance, and minor repair of various attachments as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 6 individuals Oversee daily preparations of attachments ensuring items tested and fit for purpose Ensure routine maintenance on machinery and equipment inspections are completed Provide Hiredesk with list of fleet numbers of collections in the morning for previous day Follow and enforce safety protocols when operating machinery.
