Workshop Manager required for Automotive independent service centre in the Cheltenham area.

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £45,000 with the hours of: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility on these hours.

Starting salary between £36-45,000 per annum, pending experience.
Optional overtime, including Saturdays (ideally 1 in 4 from 9:30am-12:30pm), subject to availability.
28 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

Working hours from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibilitiy on these hours.Duties:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Looking After the Repair Centre Site. Requirements:

Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
