We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Workshop Controller to join our busy Service Department. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our technicians are supported in delivering top-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate work to technicians to maximise productivity
• Oversee workshop workflow and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Liaise between Service Advisors, Parts, and Technicians to keep communication clear
• Monitor quality of work, ensuring manufacturer standards are met
• Maintain accurate job records and update systems promptly
• Support health & safety compliance in the workshop

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Service Technician
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Good IT skills and experience with dealer management systems (DMS)
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
