Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established business seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Engineer to join their team in Bathgate. This is a workshop-based role, maintaining and repairing engines and mechanical systems across a variety of equipment. The Role

Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on engines and mechanical systems.

Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to a high standard.

Work on a wide range of equipment — mechanical knowledge is transferable across types.

Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.

Contribute to team targets and performance goals.

The Candidate

Time-served engineer or mechanic, or relevant mechanical experience.

Strong understanding of engine systems, with good diagnostic skills.

Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to different machinery types.
