Heavy Plant Technician - Keighley (Workshop Based)

£30,000 - £37,000 basic + paid overtime (time & a half) Mon-Fri | 7:30am - 5:00pm | Pension from Day 1

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, privately owned plant hire business with multiple depots across the North of England.

If you're a Plant Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Workshop Engineer, or Heavy Plant Technician, this is a secure, workshop-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability.

Basic salary: £30,000 - £37,000 Overtime paid at time & a half Monday-Friday only 7:30am - 5:00pm 30-minute break Pension enrolled from Day 1 No weekends / no call-outs Ongoing training & manufacturer courses Modern, fully equipped workshop

Workshop-based maintenance and repair of:

Excavators & attachments Dumpers & rollers Telehandlers Compaction equipment Compressors Tools & site equipment

What You'll Be Doing

Inspecting plant for faults Servicing & maintenance Fault finding & diagnostics Strip, repair & rebuild components Testing for safe operation Pre-delivery inspections Updating service records Basic welding LOLER lifting equipment use Keeping the workshop clean & safe
