Workshop Supervisor

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor based in a site in Burton-on-Trent!

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop.

* Supervise and support a small team of workshop engineers and technicians.

* Plan and allocate workloads to ensure efficiency and productivity.

* Carry out and oversee PDI’s and major repairs.

* Manage and maintain used and rental equipment to a high standard.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and manufacturer standards.

* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

* Promote and enforce Health & Safety procedures within the workshop.

Personal Requirements -

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or similar.

* Previous experience in a workshop or plant environment.

* Strong organisational and planning skills.

* Experience supervising or leading a small team

* Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

* Competent in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Salary - £45k + overtime opportunities
