Job Description

To provide quality assured customer service through application of Industry and Company standards

Technical Competencies:

General Fleet Inspection and Maintenance, customer repairs, tyres, wheel alignment

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Identify worn & faulty components needs in accordance with the Company Standards.
  • Advise customer of work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition. ?
  • Remove & refit components and carry out tyre related adjustments in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
  • Repair Tyres in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
  • Contribute to Good Housekeeping routines ?
  • Place goods and materials into storage and participate in stock routines as directed.
  • Understand and adhere to the Companys policies and procedures
  • Effect roadside repairs as and when necessary
  • Give reassurance to vulnerable drivers, general motoring advice and customer support
  • Provided workshop backup to get customers back on the road in the shortest time possible
  • Assist with the loading and off-loading of customer vehicles as necessary, signing for loads where applicable
  • Assist with the loading and off-loading of vehicles at the Companys premises
  • Complete drivers worksheets and other records daily as required
  • Carry out such other duties as may be reasonably be associated with their position, are within their capabilities and competence and are normally carried out in the course of the Companys business

Job Status

Basic hours will be Monday to Friday 08.00 until 17.00

Holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks including statutory bank holidays

Rate hour depending on experience / paid monthly
