Supply Heroes are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton Coldfield that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Year 1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young pupil with a visual impairment, helping them access learning and develop independence within a supportive classroom environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s educational journey by adapting learning activities, using specialist resources, and working closely with teaching staff and external professionals. About the Role

* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with a visual impairment

* Support the pupil to access learning through adapted and accessible activities
