Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Bolton (Farnworth) area. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting pupils in their early stages of learning and development.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils as they prepare for the transition into Key Stage 2. The school prides itself on its supportive staff team, positive learning environment, and strong focus on pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1

Strong classroom management skills

A passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
