Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons Supporting pupils' phonics, literacy and numeracy development Monitoring and assessing progress effectively Preparing pupils for the Phonics Screening Check Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement The Ideal Candidate Applicants must: Hold

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have a recognised

Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification Hold

GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above)
