We are working in partnership with a thriving four-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Ealing, which is seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities:

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

* Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education * Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferably Year 1), although ECTs will be fully supported * Demonstrate strong behaviour management and the ability to create a positive, engaging classroom environment * Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to working as part of a team * Bring creativity, resilience, and a reflective approach to their practice
