Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is essential, as the class requires a teacher who can establish firm boundaries, build positive relationships, and implement consistent behaviour strategies.The Successful Candidate Will:Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculumDemonstrate strong phonics and early literacy knowledgeConfidently manage and support pupils with challenging behaviourBuild positive relationships with parents and carersFor this Year 1 teacher position you must:Have a DBS on the Update Service or happy to apply for one through AcademicsHave a teaching qualification (QTS)Have experience and understanding in KS1 teachingJBRP1_UKTJ
