We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Isleworth, Hounslow from April 2026. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for a committed Year 2 Class Teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and making a positive impact during a crucial stage of their education.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

Uphold the school's values and contribute to the wider school community as a Year 2 Class Teacher

Qualifications/Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally as a Year 2 Class Teacher

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

Right to work in the UK
