Year 2 Primary Teacher - KS1

Aspire People are working with a supportive and welcoming primary school seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join their KS1 team. This role is ideal for a teacher who is confident delivering engaging lessons while preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments in a positive and supportive way.

**The Role:** * Full classroom responsibility within a Year 2 class * Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum * Preparing pupils for KS1 SATs in a supportive and low-pressure environment * Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly * Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment * Working closely with the KS1 team and senior leadership

**The Ideal Candidate:** * Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) * Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 2 experience desirable) * Strong phonics knowledge and early literacy development * Good behaviour management and classroom organisation skills * Passionate about supporting pupil progress and attainment
