Year 3 Teacher – Summer Term Contract (April Start)

Salary: £37,868 - £50,474 per year (M1 - M6)
Start Date: 13/04/2026 (Until July 2026)

Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary of £50,474 is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to M6.

About the Role:

Teach-Now is partnering with a vibrant and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Islington, serving a diverse local community. The school is seeking an experienced Year 3 Class Teacher to join them for the summer term, from April until the end of the academic year.

The role has become available due to the current teacher relocating. You will take over a well-behaved and motivated class, supported by a parallel teacher, strong leadership team, and dedicated support staff.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A minimum of two years’ UK teaching experience (no ECTs)

• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• Strong curriculum knowledge and excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire all learners
