A welcoming and well-established mainstream two-form entry primary school in West Drayton, close to West Drayton Station, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

About the Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will: • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum • Support pupils in developing strong foundations in reading, writing, mathematics, and other curriculum subjects • Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-Key Stage 2 readiness and assessments • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure all children reach their potential • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment • Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil progress • Contribute to the wider life of the school community
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3 • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching strategies • High expectations for achievement and behaviour • Excellent classroom management skills • A reflective practitioner who is eager to develop professionally • A team player who values collaboration and communication • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
