As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience ideal but not essential) Strong classroom management and organisational skills A passion for raising pupil attainment and providing high-quality learning experiences A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What you'll get in return Through Hays Education, you will receive: Competitive daily pay rates Ongoing...
