Role Overview
* Position: Year 3 Teacher
* Location: Wickford
* Start Date: 13th April (after Easter)
* Contract: Fixed-term until 24th July
* Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days per week) from April to 15th May, then 2 days per week from 15th May to July
* Pay: M1 - M6
* Responsibilities: Full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, assessments, parents' evenings, staff meetings and reports

The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
* Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience is a bonus!)
* Is confident delivering engaging lessons and managing full classroom responsibilities
* Builds positive, nurturing relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Brings energy, creativity, and high expectations into the classroom
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
This role would suit an experienced teacher seeking a flexible working pattern or a confident ECT ready to thrive in a supportive and encouraging environment.
