The Role

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Maintain firm but fair behaviour management and consistent routines
* Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
* Work closely with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Strong classroom management and organisation skills
* High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement
