Year 4 Class Teacher (Job Share) – Inspiring Primary School, Enfield

Are you a confident, resilient primary teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking school? We are delighted to be recruiting a strong Year 4 Class Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Winchmore Hill, Enfield, starting 2nd February 2026.

This is a part-time job share role (3 days per week), ideal for an experienced or confident teacher who thrives in a dynamic classroom environment and enjoys making a real difference to pupils’ lives.

The Role

You will be working primarily in Year 4, supporting a class that benefits from strong, consistent teaching and positive behaviour management. The class includes:

• One pupil with an EHCP (ADHD) who requires clear structure and confident support

• Two pupils with behavioural needs, supported by a dedicated LSA

Your timetable will include:

• Monday & Tuesday afternoons in Year 4

• Tuesday mornings providing Year 3 PPA cover (no planning required)

No lesson planning is needed for this role, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery, behaviour management, and pupil engagement. You will, however, be expected to print resources and adapt lessons where necessary.
