A welcoming and well-established primary school in Hounslow is seeking a motivated and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting after February half-term.

This is a Good-rated Ofsted school with a supportive and approachable senior leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing, consistency, and professional support. The school offers on-site parking and a positive, collaborative working environment.

The role:

• Year 4 Class Teacher
• Full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Start date: after February half-term
• Long-term position until July 2026
• Paid to scale from day one
• Permanent contract available from September 2026
• Strong behaviour systems and clear expectations
• Excellent leadership support

The ideal candidate:

• Must hold QTS
• Confident teaching KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
• Committed, resilient, and keen to be part of a supportive school community
• Open to a long-term role with progression to permanent
