Year 4 Class Teacher – Full Time

We are seeking a confident, resilient and highly skilled Year 4 teacher to join a welcoming primary school in South Manchester on a full-time basis startingASAP till July.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong qualified teacher who thrives in a structured environment and has exceptional behaviour management skills. The successful candidate will be calm, consistent and confident in maintaining high standards for both pupils and parents.

The Role

Full-time Year 4 class teacher

*

Responsibility for a cohort including: 4 pupils with EHCPs

*

Working closely with experienced support staff and the SEN team

*

Creating a purposeful, engaging and well-managed classroom environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential)

*

Has proven, exceptional behaviour management skills

*

Sets clear boundaries and does not tolerate poor behaviour

*

Is confident communicating with parents in a firm, professional manner

*

Has experience supporting pupils with SEND

*

Is resilient, organised and consistent

*

Can hit the ground running and maintain high expectations
