Year 4 Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Crystal Palace Start Date: September 2025 Pay: £400 to £500 weekly PAYE

A welcoming and vibrant Primary School in Crystal Palace is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

In this role, you will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and providing academic and emotional support to a class of 28 students. The role may also involve 1:1 support for pupils who need additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities

Provide 1:1 or small group support when required

Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Support student progress and well-being

Requirements:

Previous experience in a primary school setting is desirable

A positive, proactive, and patient attitude

Passion for supporting children's learning and development
