Responsibilities As the Year 5 teacher, Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progress Inspire pupils through clear routines, positive reinforcement and structured expectations Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities Build positive partnerships with families and work collaboratively with colleagues Contribute to consistent standards and pupil development across the school
