The Role As a Year 5 Teacher, you will: Take full responsibility for a Year 5 class Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum Support pupils of mixed ability, including those with additional needs Work collaboratively with parallel class teachers Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What the School Is Looking For UK QTS Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Upper KS2 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A proactive and team-focused approach Commitment to a full-time, long-term role Ability to hit the ground running This role would suit both experienced teachers and confident ECTs with strong KS2 experience.
