Salary: £130 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)

Simply Education are currently recruiting dedicated Year 5 Class Teachers to support welcoming and supportive primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach within Upper Key Stage 2, supporting pupils at a crucial stage in their learning journey as they prepare for the transition into Year 6. Your role will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for a Year 5 class (for long-term roles)
• Covering pre-planned lessons for day-to-day and short-term assignments
• Supporting pupil progress in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
• Assessing and monitoring pupil development
• Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are adaptable, reliable, and committed to high-quality teaching
• Are passionate about supporting pupils' academic and personal development
