A full-time opportunity is available for a Year 5 Teacher seeking a new long-term role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest. The daily rate for this role ranges from £190 to £240 per day, depending on experience.

The successful candidate must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Year 5 or Key Stage 2.

The Position - Year 5 Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and committed Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive primary school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, helping pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum.

A strong understanding of assessment, differentiation, and classroom management is essential. You will support pupils in developing confidence and independence as they progress through Key Stage 2 and prepare for the transition into upper primary education.

You will create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development. The ability to adapt lessons and support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN, is highly valued.
