Tradewind Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Year 5/6 Teacher to work three days per week at a friendly Primary School located in the NG19 postcode area. This is a long-term position, starting as soon as possible and continuing until 14 May 2026.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy upper KS2 and are looking for a consistent part-time position with excellent support.

The Role:

Teaching a mixed Year 5/6 class

3 days per week (specific days to be agreed with the school)

Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Supporting pupils with SATs preparation and transition to secondary school

Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are welcome to apply

Experience teaching in KS2, ideally upper KS2

A confident, nurturing, and proactive teaching approach

Strong behaviour management and adaptability

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
