Salary: Inner London MPS 3-6: £226 - £268 per day/ Annual salary Range: £44,238 - £52.300

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and highly regarded primary school for a Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a sought after role that will move fast - trials are scheduled over the coming 2 week period.

This is a full-time position for the academic year, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role

The successful candidate will take on a Year 6 class, guiding pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them for SATs. This is a pivotal role requiring a confident and experienced practitioner who can deliver high-quality teaching and achieve strong outcomes.

Key Requirements

Proven experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6

Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs preparation

Excellent subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths

Ability to raise attainment and support pupils of varying abilities

A committed and proactive approach to teaching and learning
