Barnardo's has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Young Carers Practitioner to join our Kirklees Young Carers (KYC) service. OurKYCservicehas been supporting young carers and their families across Kirklees since 2016. The service is well established and highly regarded, delivering assessed support through awhole-family,outcomes basedapproach. The role requires excellent case management skills,accurateandtimelyrecordkeeping, and adherence toestablishedcasework processes and timescales. You will also contribute to group work delivery, coordinate activities, and build andmaintaineffective professional relationships across Children's and Adults' Services and partner agencies. Working pattern: 4 days per week,flexiblebetween Monday Friday(9am 5pmwith the occasional evening session) Location : Whilstyou'llbe based atBrian Jackson House, Huddersfield, HD1 5JP,a key part of the roleincludestravel across the Kirklees localityforcommunity,schooland home visits (car driver is an essentialrequirement)...
