Youth Justice Officer

- Prepare high-quality Pre-Sentence Reports (PSR), Referral Order and Breach Reports for court
- Undertake detailed assessments using AssetPlus to inform intervention and risk management plans
- Deliver structured and sequenced interventions to reduce reoffending and manage risk of harm
- Monitor and manage risk and safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate action and escalation
- Work in close partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to achieve positive outcomes
- Support young people to access education, training, and employment opportunities
- Contribute to team meetings, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting in line with statutory requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous Youth Justice experience
- Preferably a Qualified Social Worker or Probation Officer
