Job Title: Youth Support Worker Trainer Location: London (3–4 days per month in person) Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum (pro-rata/consultancy style) About the Role We're looking for an experienced Youth Support Worker Trainer to deliver high-quality training and development to front-line youth support workers across London. This is a flexible role with focused in-person delivery 3–4 days per month, complemented by remote preparation and coaching. You'll be a confident trainer and practitioner, able to bring youth work theory and practice to life, and support professionals to grow in confidence and capability.
