About the Role
We are seeking a caring and dedicated
1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
to support a pupil with an
Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consistent, attentive support throughout the morning, enabling the pupil to access learning confidently and safely. Key Details: Hours:

July 2026 EHCP funding in place Clear risk assessments and support structures already established Main Responsibilities: Provide structured 1:1 support tailored to the pupils needs Assist with reintegration into classroom activities Communicate effectively with class teachers and SEND staff Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate support records Support the childs wellbeing, independence, and confidence Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEND) Calm, patient and nurturing approach Strong communication and organisation skills Willingness to undertake training related to the pupils specific needs Previous experience as an LSA, TA, or similar role in a primary setting is desirable Benefits

£88.50
