Hill McGlynn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services contractor for an experienced AC / Refrigeration Engineer to join their team covering the Midlands region. Salary & Package £40,000 - £47,000 basic (dependent on experience and skill set) OTE £60,000 - £65,000 with overtime and bonuses Travel time paid on any travel over 1 hour per day Regular overtime opportunities to significantly boost earnings Company van, fuel card, phone, and uniform provided 29 days paid holiday Company pension scheme Full-time, permanent position Role Overview You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial sites throughout the Midlands. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience within the M&E / air conditioning sector Strong experience working on refrigeration systems including: Walk-in cold rooms Drinks chillers/langers Standalone units
