A highly sought-after school in Hammersmith are looking to secure several Academic Mentor's to start asap on an ongoing basis.

Academic Mentor
The school are looking to secure a number of academic mentors to start asap on an ongoing basis. This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to gain more classroom-based experience before going on to complete their PGCE. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience working with children in a tutoring capacity however this is desirable and not essential. Application's from Graduates with a degree in English, Maths or Science will also be highly regarded.
Main duties:
Provide guidance and coach students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics. Running 1:1 and small group interventions for children who are struggling in core subjects and help raise attainment.
