This is an opportunity to join a team that not only wins awards for their employee-first attitude, but a team who also gets to work with some of the most exciting clients disrupting the social space globally!The chosen candidate will be:Highly knowledgeable of the current social media and digital landscapeExperienced in supporting and promoting B2B and consumer clients online with a range of formatsAbility to understand and unpick client briefs, objectives and strategiesAbility to effectively lead multiple projects at the same time, ensuring budgets are adhered to and work delivered to deadlinesExperienced with working with Influencers, from identification through to long term managementAble to hit the ground running on social listening, insights, analysis and reportingConfident with reporting and translating results into client objectivesAccomplished in social media management and measurement toolsAn excellent communicator, both written and verbal, responding to clients and colleagues in a timely mannerAn excellent presenterHigh attention to detail and quality control of workConfident in contributing towards new business opportunitiesAbility to sell in new services to clients and spot new business opportunitiesReady and willing to share their pool of knowledge to upskill colleagues and clients around anything social media relatedConsultative in their approach when managing clientsExperienced in coaching more junior members in the team and setting a good example to follow in practiceForward thinking, proactive and able to work independentlyIn return, we can offer you the opportunity to work with a fantastic range of exciting and creative B2B and B2C clients, as well as a fantastic working environment with excellent long-term career opportunities and very competitive benefits.
