Account Director - £60k + X2 OTE

London - Hybrid, Once a Week

Role Type: New Business and Account Management


After recent success bringing another individual into my customer last month, I am now active in the market for another head.


You will be joining a seriously exciting MSP, in a very straight shooting period of growth. PE Backed, recent tier 1 bank investment, and a capability across services that many MSP's struggle to replicate. The (positive) noise in the market has been all on these, whether it's talking about growth strategy, their double digit revenue growth, continued investment into the SDR/Account Management team, or their growth into mid-market.


Profile of role:

- c.15 hospitality customers, typically 50–60 chains per customer

- Predominantly 4–5* multi‑site groups, not mass chains

- Mix of new business and account development

- Big focus on moving customers from legacy / on‑prem into cloud and next‑gen services (cloud, connectivity, contact centre, IT, cyber security)


You need:

- A Minimum of 4 years experience working in IT Services sales in AM and New Business with experience selling to hospitality customers.

- To be able to commute to London once a week.

- To be comfortable holding consultative conversations with decision makers around pivoting customers towards more modern technology services.
