Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director to play a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening key client relationships, and shaping long‑term commercial success. The Role:
Own and develop strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts Create and execute account growth plans aligned to client objectives and wider business strategy Identify new revenue opportunities across networking, security, and managed service portfolios Lead complex negotiations, commercial agreements, and executive‑level presentations Collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes Provide market insight and strategic direction to support business development initiatives Mentor and support Account Managers within the wider team
What Our Client Is Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior account management or account director role within IT, networking, or managed services Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of delivering significant revenue growth Experience managing large, complex, or multi‑site accounts and working within the public sector A background in cyber security, including exposure to penetration testing and Cyber Essentials frameworks Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for senior stakeholders
