Account Executive

Role Breakdown Customer Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing SME clients.
  • Understand customer shipping habits and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Provide personalised service and follow‑up support.


Sales Training & Development

  • Take part in an in‑depth 12‑month programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning.
  • Learn through a mix of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and field coaching.


Account Management

  • Once accounts are onboarded, ensure clients are fully supported with pricing, billing, queries, and service improvements.
  • Become a trusted advisor able to problem‑solve quickly and collaboratively.


Performance & Growth

  • Work towards promotional pathways tied to performance milestones.
  • Benefit from lifetime commissions on every account you manage.
