As Account Manager Trade Sales, you will play a key role in driving partner performance and expanding the organisation’s presence across the UK through a portfolio of strategic travel agency relationships. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll manage and grow a diverse portfolio of partners, representing the organisation at trade events and driving commercial success across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities Partnership performance: Deliver and exceed revenue and activity targets through joint business plans, campaigns, and growth initiatives with travel agency partners. Brand and partner advocacy: Increase awareness of the organisation within the UK trade, promoting its unique value proposition and highlighting partner activities. Relationship management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with travel agencies nationwide, serving as the main contact for queries, escalations, and commercial discussions. Partner enablement: Equip partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the organisation’s products. Onboarding and reactivation: Identify, onboard, and re‑energise travel agency partners to expand and strengthen the distribution network.
