The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Account Manager to join Edison Media and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Acting as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a strong understanding of education, e-commerce and digital marketing, and is confident using data to inform strategic decisions.

You will take ownership of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Working closely with our OOH planners, Digital, Organic Social, and Creative teams, you will coordinate activity across channels including paid media, email marketing, and social, while maintaining high standards of communication and output.

A key part of the role will involve analysing performance across platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, and organic channels, using insights to optimise campaigns and drive growth. You will also lead internal strategy sessions, identify opportunities to improve performance, and ensure all deliverables meet both Edison Media’s standards and client expectations.

In addition, you will oversee the briefing and delivery of creative assets, sign off on external communications, and support the planning and execution of content shoots in collaboration with the social team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong, lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and strategise marketing plans inline with clients needs and requirements
  • Manage day to day running of the clients across both digital and organic with the relevant teams
  • Monitor performance metrics across Shopify, Meta, Google and Organic channels and make strategic trading decisions based on data
  • Work closely with our Digital team to ensure budgets are aligned and being adhered as well as monitoring all campaigns that go out across all channels
  • Brief in all social messaging needs to our graphic design team and make sure all relevant parties have access in time of deadlines
  • Sign off all external communications ie, email marketing, digital ads, organic social plans before reviewing with the client
  • Be the main point of contact between the client and Edison and liaise will all internal teams
  • Hold strategy meetings with the internal team on future plans and how you plan to address clients pain points and revenue targets
  • Work alongside organic social team and plan client shoots. (Social will bring ideas, the role will to ensure everything happens smoothly) You will also be present at select shoots across the year.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Account Manager role
  • Strong background working with e-commerce, B2C, and/or fashion brands (agency or in-house)
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of Excel and Powerpoint/Canva
  • Strong client relations


Desirable Skills

  • Experience working within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g, Shopify)
