We are looking for an ambitious Junior Account to join a talented client services team within a fast-growing agency.

NOTE: This role is mainly remote working however being within a reasonable commute to Leeds for social events / meetings is preferred.

A snapshot of the role:

• This role will primarily be supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in guiding clients through creative and email marketing campaigns.
• Working with clients from initial brief to ensuring the successful delivery.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client needs are met and that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Your communication and client service skills will be critical to your success in this role, as you will be the primary point of contact for your clients.

About you:

• You will have experience of working within a marketing / digital / creative agency environment.
• You will have knowledge of email marketing campaigns and platforms.
• You will have knowledge of supporting on creative digital campaigns, such as website designs.
• You will have exceptional communication skills; able to build positive client relationships.
• You will be commercially aware, understanding client's goals and communicating them effectively to the rest of the team.
